World Kitchen Designs ("World Kitchen Designs," "we," "us" or "our") designs, supplies and installs kitchens, bathrooms, custom closets, cabinetry, outdoor kitchens and full-home remodeling projects from our showroom at Emporium Shoppes, 4603 Okeechobee Blvd, C122-C123, West Palm Beach, FL 33417. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit worldkitchendesigns.com (the "Website"), book a consultation or measurement, visit our showroom, or work with us on a project, and how we use and protect it.

By using the Website or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit your information to us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation, book an in-home measurement, call, text or email us, visit the showroom or sign a project agreement, we may collect:

Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the work will be done;
Project details, such as the rooms involved, measurements, floor plans, photos of your space, inspiration photos, style and material choices, budget range and timeline;
Appointment details, such as the date and time you choose and any notes you add;
Billing and payment information needed to process deposits and payments (card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us);
Information you provide if you apply for financing through one of our financing partners;
Anything else you choose to share in messages, reviews or surveys.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the website that referred you and approximate location. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from others. We may receive information about you from referral partners (such as builders, designers, architects and realtors), review sites, social media platforms when you interact with our pages, and financing partners.

2. How we use your information

To schedule and confirm consultations, showroom visits and in-home measurements, and to send appointment reminders;
To prepare designs, drawings, estimates, proposals and contracts;
To order materials, schedule installers and complete your project;
To process payments, deposits and refunds and to keep accurate business and tax records;
To provide warranty service and follow-up support;
To respond to your questions and communicate with you about your project;
To send you news, design ideas and offers, if you have agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time);
To operate, secure and improve the Website and understand how visitors use it;
To prevent fraud, comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and complete your project, including with:

Project partners: cabinet, countertop and material suppliers, installers and subcontractors who need your name, address and project details to deliver and install your order;
Government offices and associations: building departments and permit offices, and homeowner or condominium associations, when a permit or approval is required for your project;
Service providers: companies that host our Website and online store (Shopify), our booking calendar (Microsoft Bookings), email, accounting, payment processing, analytics and customer communication tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us;
Financing partners: only if you choose to apply for financing;
Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others;
Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your appointment, estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply. We will send marketing text messages only if you have given us your consent, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Photos of your project

We may photograph your space before, during and after the work to plan, document and complete the project. We will only publish photos of your completed project on our Website, social media or marketing materials with your permission, and we will never publish your name or address with them unless you agree.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic and, where permitted, show you relevant ads on other websites. These may be provided by Shopify, Google, Meta and similar partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of the use of your data for targeted advertising here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.

7. Third-party services and links

Our Website is hosted by Shopify, and our online booking calendar is provided by Microsoft Bookings. When you use these tools, Shopify and Microsoft also process your information under their own privacy policies: the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The Website may also link to other sites, such as Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Project and payment records are generally kept for at least seven years. Information from inquiries that do not become projects is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as full card numbers or Social Security numbers, by email or text.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
Correct information that is inaccurate;
Delete your information, unless we need to keep it to complete your project, honor a warranty or meet legal obligations;
Stop sending you marketing emails or texts (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text).

11. Children

Our Website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
